The Castle Rock Optimist Club has been bringing out the best of kids in our community since 2004.  The club is a group of active members who are motivated by volunteering their time and services to provide opportunities and activies for kids in our community. 

Any member may choose how they would like to participate in the club as we all have different schedules due to work, kids, grandkids, and other activities! 

• You may choose to attend our meetings every first and third Tuesday of the month at the Grange at 7pm and enjoy guest speakers, educational series and planning meetings.  These meetings create fellowship and opportunity to be involved in the planning activities for the year.
• Or you may find that there is a specific service project that we are planning and would like to be involved with such as the Oratorical competition, the Essay Competition, the Brain Bowl, the Jr Golf tournament, Tri Star Sports or many others.  You may volunteer your time to plan, coordinate and execute the service project.
• There are many fundraising activies that our club is involved in all year long to raise funds to assist us with our projects.  Some of them include the Wine Festival, Eggstravaganza, the Elephant Ride and several others.  These volunteer opportunities are fun and help us to have a presence as a club in the community.

 The club enjoyed a dinner together at a local Mexican restaurant!

The club participated in the Castle Rock parade with other service clubs.
